Are there any additional annual costs on top of the fee?

When you sign up for a support package, everything is included—no additional costs, no hidden fees. 
If you choose not to opt for a support package, we’ve got you covered. We’ll ensure you have everything you need for a smooth self-onboarding process. 

Is the Case Management System an additional cost?

No. The Case Management System is a core component of our system. Regardless of which product - the entire platform, Report, or Paths - the Case Management System will always be included within that price.
