I joined SpeakUp in 2016 as a student working two days a week. Back then I didn’t think I would still be working here 8 years later.

After my graduation I joined SpeakUp full-time and focused on HR. In my role as HR Manager I have been involved in many processes and projects that were exciting and challenging at the same time; from opening an office in India, to guiding the team through the corona pandemic, and massively growing the team and much more.

The phase that SpeakUp is in right now gives me so much opportunity to learn and develop myself through on the job learning and projects. That combined with a group of kind and passionate colleagues is why I’m still excited to get to work at SpeakUp after 8 years

One main aspect that engaged me with SpeakUp, the space we move in and our philosophy - empowering people.

Here at SpeakUp I contribute to the design, research and concept development around the product - a product designer basically. It demands a strong social skill as lots of information is very technical and our platform is complex, so gathering information from colleagues and users is a must.  

What I really like about SpeakUp is the people and the warmth that spread throughout the company. I sense a friendly and humble professionalism. Although the company is evolving from a majority Dutch into a more international dynamic, there’s still a strong sense of Dutchness in sandwich lunches and directness.

I joined SpeakUp in 2020. In all those years it has never been boring (not even when we still had to work from home during lockdown). Noortje from HR sent luncheons and cakes to our home addresses, and I was asked to teach yoga online. I still do that every week. It is a great way to bond with colleagues and to counter post office postures.

Because yoga bringing all colleagues worldwide closer together (in our offices in Amsterdam & Bengaluru), I got to go to our colleagues over in India for a full week. What a trip!

I need a lot of variation in my work and I found it at SpeakUp. Onboarding new clients, helping clients with questions, internal meetings with my colleagues and configuring the system keep me energized all day. I love that SpeakUp helps more and more companies to be ethical, a great field for me to be active in!

In 5 verschiedenen Phasen helfen wir Ihnen beim Aufbau des spezifischen Hinweisgebersystems, das Ihr Unternehmen benötigt.

1. Kick-off und Umsetzungsplan

Zunächst definieren wir in einer Kick-off-Sitzung Ihre organisatorischen und technischen Anforderungen. Wir werfen einen Blick auf Ihre Unternehmensführung und Ihre Arbeitsabläufe und erstellen daraufhin einen klaren Implementierungsfahrplan.

2. Produkteinrichtung, Konfiguration und Schulung

Als Nächstes richten wir Ihr spezifisches Whistleblowing-System ein, unterstützt von einem unserer Customer Success Manager. Diese Phase umfasst die Systemanpassung, die Einrichtung der wichtigsten Benutzerkonten und die Schulung dieser Benutzer.

3. Systembereitstellung, Tests und Feedback

Jetzt, wo Sie Ihr maßgeschneidertes Hinweisgebersystem haben, ist es an der Zeit, es zu testen, Feedback einzuholen und gegebenenfalls letzte Anpassungen vorzunehmen.

4. Betriebliche Integration und Umsetzung

Gleichzeitig führt Sie Ihr Customer Success Manager durch die Best Practices für den Einsatz von SpeakUp: Wir zeigen Ihnen, welche Strategie für Ihre Zielgruppe am besten geeignet ist und wie Sie die gesetzlichen Vorgaben einhalten.

5. Einführung von SpeakUp in Ihr Unternehmen

Sie sind bereit für den Start. Der letzte Schritt besteht darin, das Whistleblowing-System von SpeakUp in Ihrem Unternehmen einzuführen. Der gesamte Prozess dauert etwa 8 bis 10 Wochen, je nach den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Organisation.

Wie funktionieren die Sprachunterstützungsfunktionen?

Im SpeakUp-Prozess gibt es keine Anruf-Handler oder Echtzeit-Dolmetscher, die die Daten während der Konversation verarbeiten. Stattdessen wird die Nachricht transkribiert und Wort für Wort übersetzt. Das bedeutet, dass man nicht auf menschliche Zusammenfassungen angewiesen ist, die sonst zu Informationsverlust führen könnten.

Ist das SpeakUp-Berichtssystem wirklich anonym?

Ja, das SpeakUp-System unterstützt vollständig anonyme und vertrauliche Berichterstattung.

Was ist ein Kanal innerhalb des SpeakUp-Systems?

Ein Kanal besteht aus drei Berichtsoptionen: Web, Telefon und App. Logischerweise hat jeder Kanal eine eindeutige URL für das Web, einen Organisationscode für das Telefon und einen QR-Code für die App. Dies sind verschiedene Möglichkeiten, wie ein Reporter seine Nachrichten durchlassen kann.

Was ist eine Domain innerhalb des SpeakUp-Systems?

Eine Domain ähnelt einem Tresor. Hier werden Issues gespeichert. Eine Domain kann Probleme von ihren Kanälen oder von einem Benutzer erhalten, der Probleme manuell in sie verschiebt.
